do you see the fallacy in that statement. how could tigers, with a SIMILARLY rich diet, weigh more? if the diet, in terms of food consumption is similar, shouldn`t the weight of both animals also be similar?

proportionately speaking, tigers have no advantage....neither having longer bones or a wider frame....which can be easily noticeable in those links i provided of a lion and tiger`s skeletol structure.

that`s just it, they don`t have harsher climates....as some claim, and this should be obvious, as the biggest land animals come from africa. and, they only CONCLUDED that tigers were bigger.....which does little to prove your point.

did you know that the largest human weighed 1600 lbs? so, by your standards, i guess that means humans are bigger than lions or tigers?

i rejected them because i believed they were wrong. note also that most of them failed to produce any 'evidence' to support there statements, while i gave both a reasonable explaination and provided links for my statements. and the allexperts site clearly says that the information you receive is not professional. note that, even when i presented evidence to the contrary, most still didn`t agree with me. simply 'stating that tigers are bigger does little to prove your point. note, also, that my 'evidences' were based on actual, proven data.

now, the 'expert';

testosterone increases the action of the fast twich muscles of your body. also, the hemogobin in your body is increased. this means that you have, through continuis repition, a greater potential and so a higher likelyhood of greater size and strength. like people who get injections of steriods.....it`s only effective if given some form of physical stimulation. does that make sense?

he had also said that lions have more testoserone than tigers, but that it effects other animals differently, which is why tigers are hmm, hmmm, bigger than lions. then, to prove his point...the guy mentions bull sharks, which are said to have the highest degree of testosterone but is not the biggest animal in the world. however, the reason for such is simple; it did not grow to larger sizes due to the fact that, at it`s current size, it is, due to it`s extremely efficient design, as big as it needs to be.
