I doubt it. Yes to lambs, but nit adults.
90% of the Servals diet consists of prey weighing less then 200grams. It is a specialized small mammel catcher. It has been observed that a Serval killed a 7kg thompson gazelle fawn though. Interestingly in used the same technique to kill the gazelle as he does when he killed small rodents. An adult sheep is too heavy, and too large to kill for a serval., so I doubt it. |

221ekstra and Dino - servals do not hunt in groups. Lions and hyeans are animals that hunt in groups. Servals are solitary animals. Maybe you have seen a group of young lions - they have markings that very vaguely could resemble the spots of a serval. |

Eurasian lynx routinely take adult sheep, and NA bobcats occasionally, and coyotes often.A domestic sheep is slow, dumb, and pretty helpless when it comes to
defending itself from predators. That is why shepherds have dogs and llamas to guard their flocks. The question is,are there sheep in serval country? Not sure of
this, but believe that sheep are not usually kept by Native Africans because the terrain is not suitable for them.If sheep and serval are found together, this
medium sized cat could certainly take them if it chose to do so.
